Career starters are always welcome at OTTO WULFF. Every new team member receives an individual onboarding plan tailored to their skills and experience. Experienced colleagues are on hand to provide support and ensure a smooth and successful start. In addition, our OTTO WULFF Academy offers a range of training opportunities to help you continue growing.

For graduates of technical master’s degree programs, we offer a structured trainee program that provides hands-on experience in areas such as technical office, work preparation, costing, tendering and awarding, as well as construction management.

This 12- to 15-month trainee program is designed to prepare you for future management responsibilities. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by an experienced mentor and receive regular feedback to help you reach your full potential.

Would you like to combine your studies with valuable practical experience? Students enrolled in the Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering at Hochschule 21 in Buxtehude or at the Technical University of Hamburg (TUHH) can complete their practical phases with us. As a dual student, you will receive financial support and have excellent career prospects with us after graduation.

High-quality training matters — to you and to us. We are committed to training the skilled workers of tomorrow and creating strong prospects for the future.

We offer a range of vocational training programs in the commercial and industrial sectors. Each year, we welcome up to ten apprentices who are eager to get involved, gain hands-on experience, and help drive our projects forward.

All apprenticeship positions for 2024 have already been filled. Applications for the 2025 training year will open in September 2024.
