NordBau is one of the most important construction trade shows in Northern Europe and takes place annually in Neumünster. Since 1956, it has brought together companies, trade visitors, and public sector clients from the fields of building construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and the building materials industry.

In addition to the trade fair, the integrated CONBAU Nord conference offers a platform for exchange and professional development at the Holstenhallen in Neumünster. As part of CONBAU Nord in 2026, OTTO WULFF will participate in a fishbowl discussion for the third time.

The German Construction Technology Day is an established industry gathering for the German construction sector. Organized by the German Concrete and Construction Technology Association (DBV), it brings together experts from planning, construction, academia, research, politics, and public administration every two years. The focus is on current challenges and future trends in construction, including digitalization, serial construction, infrastructure development, innovative building materials, and sustainable construction methods.

With its proven format of technical presentations, panel discussions, and an accompanying trade exhibition, the German Construction Technology Day offers a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience across the entire construction value chain.

With approximately 1,740 exhibitors from 34 countries, EXPO REAL is the largest trade fair for real estate and investment in Europe and takes place annually in Munich. It covers the entire value chain of the real estate industry—from development and financing to operations and investment. Our team at OTTO WULFF is a partner of the Hamburg joint booth.
