Furnished living.

Flexible living: Our portfolio also includes furnished temporary apartments. With a minimum rental period of three months, we offer high-quality, fully furnished apartments ranging from approx. 50 to 110 m² of living space in attractive locations across Hamburg. We are pleased to provide additional services, such as regular cleaning of your apartment. This living concept combines the flexibility of a short rental period, the privacy of your own apartment, and the convenience of additional services.

Tenant portal.

The digital tenant portal is designed to make communication faster, easier, and more flexible in the future. Once the portal is launched, you will be able to submit all inquiries or damage reports directly – regardless of time or location.

In addition, you will find many useful documents relating to your tenancy, such as your tenancy agreement, your most recent service charge statement, or a rent certificate. Of course, we will remain available to you by telephone during regular office hours. In urgent cases, please use the emergency numbers of the service providers, which are posted in the stairwells.
